This is the standard statewide primary election held at regular intervals to nominate candidates for federal, state, and local offices. All eligible voters can participate, and, depending on the contest, candidates advance as the top two vote-getters, regardless of party.
Congressional District 14 Special Primary Election
June 16, 2026
This is a one-time election held to fill a vacancy in the 14th Congressional District. Only voters residing within that district are eligible to participate, and the election follows a condensed timeline. If no candidate receives a majority of the vote in this primary, the top two candidates advance to a subsequent special general election to determine who will serve the remainder of the term.
