EC 1000(e) – The second Tuesday of April in each even-numbered year.

November 4, 2025 – Election

August 8, 2025 – Deadline to file Resolution

August 13, 2025 – Deadline to file Arguments In Favor/Against

August 18, 2025 – Deadline to file Rebuttals to Arguments In Favor/Against

EC 1500(a) – The first Tuesday after the first Monday in May of each year.

May 6, 2024 – Mail Ballot Election

February 7, 2025 – Deadline to file Resolution

February 12, 2025 – Deadline to file Arguments In Favor/Against

February 17, 2025 – Deadline to file Rebuttals to Arguments In Favor/Against

 

EC 1500(b) – The last Tuesday in August of each year.

EC  1002 – Except as provided in Section 1003, notwithstanding any other provisions of law, all state, county, municipal, district, and school district elections shall be held on an established election date.
