Those who are eligible to serve as a Election Worker on Election Day on Election Night:

• Registered Voter of Alameda County or the State of California
• Legal Permanent Residents/Green Card Holders
• High School Student Election Workers
• Alameda County Employee
• California State Employee

Bilingual Election Workers

Alameda County is one of the most culturally diverse Counties in the State California. To support and promote the democratic process for our targeted language communities, the Alameda County Registrar of Voters provides language assistance in the following languages:

California Assembly Bill 817, Legal Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders) may serve as a Election Worker on Election Day.

If you speak any of the following languages and are interested in volunteering for your community, then become a Bilingual Election Worker to assist voters with language needs on Election Day.
