ATTENTION!

Update: The Registrar of Voters will be closed on the weekend of Saturday, November 16th and Sunday, November 17, 2024.

Transparency is a crucial component of free, fair, and functional elections. The Registrar of Voters welcomes members of the public to observe its operations. Our office will process ballots at the Registrar’s office daily, beginning at 9:00 a.m., until ballot processing is complete, with the following exceptions:

  • Exception: November 16 & 17
  • Exception: November 28 & 29—Thanksgiving Holiday

No ballot processing is anticipated to take place on the exception dates listed above.  Daily ballot processing will resume at 9:00 a.m. on the day following each of those dates listed above.

We encourage observers to subscribe for updates on when election processes take place.  Each morning, an email or text message will be sent to notify subscribers if an election process will be conducted that day. If no processes are scheduled, no notifications will be sent.

To subscribe to receive morning notifications about observing ballot processing during this election cycle, click the “Subscribe here” button and provide your email address or phone number (for text messages).

Links to observe election processes will be posted here.  You can also observe in person at the Registrar of Voters office.
