Duties May Include
- Prepare, audit, dispatch, maintain, and distribute voting equipment, proofread and enter confidential information into multiple databases
- Proofread official election materials
- Understand and convey written and verbal instructions, perform data entry, provide customer service, content creation, GIS, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, handle high volumes of incoming calls
- Provide language assistance and translation of election materials in 14 languages
- Safeguard restricted ballot processing areas and voting equipment locations
- Accompany members of the public to secure locations
Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk for long periods of time, and lift at least 15 pounds
- All positions in ROV require the ability to work all weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- All positions in ROV require candidates to have at least 6 months Clerical Experience
